If you are having any problems placing and order, the following information may be helpful.

I tried to order through CLICKBANK but they would not accept my credit card.

We seldom have any problems with the Clickbank ordering system.

Unfortunately, we do not handle the orders directly so we have no way of  knowing exactly why your credit card was not accepted

This can happen for several reasons. Some possible reasons for decline are:

-- Incorrect expiration date.
-- Incorrect or missing validation code.
-- Country or state does not match bank record.
-- Zip or postal code does not match bank record.
-- Card has history of chargeback's.
-- Card has reached its spending limit.
-- You have made too many recent purchases.
-- You are using an anonymous proxy service.
-- You are not on the same continent as your bank.
-- You are not on the same continent as your billing address.

Another reason they do not list is if you live in a high risk area where they have experienced a lot of fraud.  This is often the case with parts of India, Asia and the Middle East.

We occasionally receive emails from customers who live in these parts of the world who have experienced the same problem you are experiencing and we have not been able to resolve it.

Unfortunately we cannot do anything to help except to offer an alternative through Pay Pal. (see below)

Please note that if you filled out the order form and entered your details and did not receive an email confirmation from CLICKBANK with your order receipt number then your order did not go through and your credit card was NOT charged.

Another reason your card could be rejected is the ordering system is having an internal problem that has nothing to do with you.

From our experience we have found the best way to resolve this is to place another order later in the day or the next day. For some reason this seems to work out best.

Also, before you try to order again please do the following:

1. On your web browser go to "Tools"
2. Click on Internet Options
3. Click on "Delete" Cookies
4. Click on Delete Files

This will not harm anything but it will remove any traces of previous order attempts. When you place your order this time it will be treated like a new order attempt.

Go to our main web page at http://www.totalsuccess4u.com and try to place your order again. This works most of the time.

Please try again using Pay Pal. Clickbank and Pay Pal are two different companies so if you cannot get either one to work then more than likely there is a problem with your card or with your bank, not with the ordering system. We wish we could offer a better solution but this is our best advice.

We will receive a notification from Pay Pal and will send you your download link.

Just to make sure, when you have completed your transaction please send us an email at our HELP DESK to let us know you have ordered through Pay Pal. This way we can be on the lookout for your order and get back to you faster with your download link.

I do not have a credit card.

Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques, money orders, wire transfers or payment directly. All our orders are processed either through Clickbank or Pay Pal.

Another reason we can not accept orders by post is that we are located in Australia. If our customers send a cheque or money order by post it could take two weeks before we receive payment.

Then we have to deposit the cheque or money order into our account. Our bank charges us and additional $10 for any international payment deposit.

Finally, we have to wait for the cheque or money order to clear the bank, which can take another 2-4 weeks.  This would mean that it could take 6-8 weeks before we can send our customer the download link.

As you can see, it is just not practical for the customer or for us. Therefore, we just accept orders online.

We apologize for the inconvenience but we are not set up for direct ordering or delivery.

If you have not tried Pay Pal please give it a chance. You don't need a credit card.
